ALLOCATING the saved images
...
* moved the synthesis saving to an abstract function called
saveImageSynthesis()
* allocating the images we're saving out in a renamed
create_dir_allocate_images()
* MAKE SURE TO PUT THE CONFIG FILE IN /data/
